Oncological medical history

On the evening of January 13, 2019, the patient was found by his relatives lying on the ground in his home in a hypothermic and weak general condition.

He was taken to the ER where he reported syncope with loss of consciousness as well as lower back and right abdominal pain.

Urgent CT scans of the head, cervical spine, chest, abdomen, and pelvis showed no signs of trauma, bleeding, or ischemia in the head and cervical spine.

Abdominal CT revealed large amounts of free abdominal and pelvic intraperitoneal fluid, as well as oozing and a solitary lesion in segment VI of the liver.
